New features: Chip Overrides

New Chip Override: 3-DIGIT DISPLAY

A lot of people were complaining about not being able to see the displays inside of chips like 4-BIT REGISTER, DIGIT DISPLAY, and TWO-DIGIT DISPLAY.

Even though the new version supports this, I still wanted to upload the patched version, so that people who have data on v1 can use this (its compatible with v1).

I have also posted a modded version with zooming in and out: q and e to zoom and WASD to pan. 

There is no way to adjust the size of the workspace so I recommend download both.
